CONTROL TEAM The CONTROL TEAM is an electronic system that starts up the electric pump when there is water required in the plant, keeping a constant pressure and flow. Moreover, a special mechanism controls the stop of the pump in case of dry running. The automatic system “CONTROL TEAM” is composed of a centrifugal or a self-priming electrical pump combined with the “CONTROL PUMP”, an electronic control system, with pressure gauge, pressure switch and no return valve included. • Feeding: available in single-phase at 50 or 60 Hz • Maximum capacity: 120 l/1’ • Maximum pressure: 10 bar • Maximum water temperature: 35 °C for domestic use (CEI EN 60335-2-41) or 60 °C for other use • Maximum ambient temperature: 40 °C  Data sheet PDF |

TEAM JOLLY TEAM JOLLY it is possible to achieve the right water reserve, maintaining the plant constantly under pressure and restricting the electrical pumps’ starting numbers. The automatic pressure systems series TEAM JOLLY are composed either of a centrifugal or a self priming electrical pump, a vertical painted stainless steel tank with diaphragm suitable for drinking liquids (no alcohol), availability capacities: 19 l., 24 l., a pressure switch already adjusted, pressure gauge and 3 or 5 ways connection in stamped brass. • Feeding: available in single-phase or three-phase at 50 or 60 Hz • Maximum excess operating pressure: 10 bar • Maximum water temperature: 35 °C for domestic use (CEI EN 60335-2-41) or 60 °C for other use • Maximum ambient temperature: 40 °C. TEAM EXPORT With the utilisation of the TEAM EXPORT it is possible to achieve the right water reserve, maintaining the plant constantly under pressure and restricting the electrical pumps’ starting numbers. The automatic pressure systems series “TEAM EXPORT” are composed either of a centrifugal or a self-priming electrical pump, a painted steel horizontal tank with diaphragm suitable for drinking liquids (no alcohol), availability capacities: 20 l., 40 l., 60 l., 80 l., 100 l., 200 l., a pressure switch already adjusted, pressure gauge, flexible hose and 3 or 5 ways connection in stamped brass. • Feeding: available in single-phase or three-phase at 50 or 60 Hz • Maximum excess operating pressure: 10 bar • Maximum water temperature: 35 °C for domestic use (CEI EN 60335-2-41) or 60 °C for other use • Maximum ambient temperature: 40 °C. TP2 VERTI’ TEAM PRESS (TP) are pressure booster sets with more than one pump and with automatic duty controlled by a special control panel connected to pressure switches. The automatic pressure booster sets “Team Press” besides the pumps are consisting of: • Control panel connected to the pressure switches • Base frame • Suction manifold (excluding the booster sets with electric pump type “CN 65”). • Check valve, ball valve and connection for possible air feedings in suction to each pump (excluding the booster sets with electric pump type “CN 65”) • Outlet manifold with connections for eventual vertical pressure tanks • Outlet ball valve on each pump • Pressure gauge/ • Delta starting 400 V / 50 Hz for pumps over than 7,5kW.
